Your forms and tracking are how you know a homeowner asked for a consultation. One wrong character in either can stop inquiries with nothing on the page looking broken. So the editor is blocked from those files, not just told to avoid them.

No. You type what you want the way you'd say it to a colleague. If it can't find what you described, it asks.
Not in the ways that cost you inquiries. It is blocked from your forms, tracking, code, and layout files; every change is a preview first; any publish can be undone for 7 days; and any earlier version can be restored.
No. New pages, new sections, and design changes are build jobs. Send them to us and we quote each one before we start. The one exception is a blog post, which you can add yourself.
The editor went live in September 2026, and we're switching it on for management clients site by site as they ask for it. Each site carries a monthly editing allowance that everyday edits barely touch, and if you ever reach it, tell us.
