Before We Talk: Who We Are, What We Do & If This Is Right
No fluff. No sales pitch. Just the reality of working with Aquathority so you can decide if this makes sense for your business.
Why Aquathority Exists (And Why We’re Different)
hello world
Who's actually running Aquathority?

We're Natan and Brandon, two founders in our twenties who grew up directly in the pool industry. Natan's father was the CEO of a large Tampa pool builder, so he learned marketing inside a real pool company with real jobs and consequences. Brandon comes from pool design and professional videography, understanding both sales psychology and how homeowners respond to visuals when making six-figure decisions.
How is Aquathority different from traditional marketing agencies?

We don't just generate leads and disappear. Because we understand job sites, sales consultations, seasonality, and how pool businesses actually operate, we work as an embedded partner, like an in-house marketing department. We align marketing with how you actually sell, not just what looks good on reports. We understand the difference between entry-level projects and high-end builds with spas, enclosures, and outdoor living components.
Why should I trust you with something as important as my growth?

We learned marketing inside the pool industry, not from textbooks. We've sat through sales consultations, spent time on job sites, and watched how leads move through production and where things break down. We're transparent about data, accessible, and we measure success by signed contracts and revenue, not vanity metrics like clicks or impressions.
What type of pool builders do you NOT work with?

We're not for small builders, price shoppers, or companies that want leads without accountability. We focus on builders doing 30+ projects per year who value premium craftsmanship and understand that quality marketing requires investment. If you're chasing volume over margin or expect instant results without partnership, we're not the right fit. That honesty is exactly why the right builders trust us.
What You Actually Get (And Why Everything Is Bundled)
What services are included in the Market Dominance Package?

We manage your full marketing presence: paid advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) with strategy, creative, landing pages, and tracking. Google presence through organic search and Google Ads. Website audit, optimization, and rebuilds when necessary. Ongoing SEO through content and structural optimization for search engines and AI-driven search tools. Social media management to ensure your presence supports trust. Every piece is designed to make you the clear, professional choice no matter where homeowners look.
Why is everything bundled together instead of separate services?

Homeowners making $100,000+ pool decisions don't research in one place. They check Google, reviews, websites, social media, neighbors, and even AI. Trust isn't built by running a few ads. It's built by consistently showing up as the authority everywhere they look. Fragmented vendors kill results because homeowners need reassurance at every step. We control the entire customer journey so there are no gaps in your market presence.
How involved do I need to be, and what do you handle versus what we handle?

Our goal is for you to spend as little mental energy on marketing as possible. Day-to-day execution is handled by us. Larger strategic decisions are discussed together. Most clients meet with us every two weeks for a structured marketing review, typically including you and a key sales or design team member so we can get direct feedback on appointment quality and pipeline performance. We keep you informed without burdening you with constant questions.
Will this replace my existing marketing efforts?

Yes. For this system to work, we need full control and alignment. That means we don't operate alongside other agencies or fragmented internal teams. We report on revenue context, not vanity metrics. We track appointments, conversion quality, and projected revenue based on your historical close rates, then compare against actual results. You'll always know your true marketing cost per closed job and overall marketing percentage. If that level of ownership isn't something you're comfortable with, this likely isn't the right fit.
Results, Risk & Reality
Do you guarantee leads, and what kind of results should I expect?

We don't guarantee leads because agencies that do usually optimize for volume, not quality. Our goal is to position your company as the authority so the right homeowners come to you already educated and trusting you. That said, yes, you should expect leads. Most clients see inbound activity (calls, forms, booked appointments) within the first month. Performance builds over the first three months as we dial in messaging, creative, targeting, and conversion paths. Momentum compounds as data accumulates and your market presence strengthens.
How much does this cost, and how should I think about the financial risk?

This is a premium, all-in package. Engagements typically start at $10,000 per month and go up depending on company size, scope of work, and what market dominance looks like in your area. We may also consider rev share options. Think of it as investment tied to outcomes: if we help you close just two additional projects in a month, you've likely broken even or better. Two projects typically means 10 to 15 qualified design appointments depending on your close rate. For a company doing $5 million or more annually, that's a reasonable bar.
What happens if this doesn't work after three months?

We structure engagements with a three-month minimum because the first few months are about building momentum, not immediate perfection. Worst case after three months: you've likely generated additional revenue you wouldn't have had, you've built high-end digital assets you can continue using, and your team understands what drives qualified demand in your market. Everything we create (ads, landing pages, content, tracking, positioning, brand assets) lives in your accounts. You own it. We don't hold your data hostage or build systems you can't keep.
What does success actually look like long term?

Best case scenario: you establish such strong positioning and inbound demand that over time you need less paid traffic, not more. Our role shifts from execution-heavy to strategic. Marketing should leave a company stronger even if the relationship ends. The goal isn't just short-term leads. It's building a system where you become the clear choice in your market, reducing your dependence on paid advertising as organic authority grows. Success means measured, transparent outcomes tied to real business results.
Is This Actually Right For You?
Who is this a good fit for?

This works best for pool builders who want to grow intentionally, not just get busier. If you care about building a strong brand in your market, staying ahead of competitors, and investing into your company like a long-term asset, you're in the right place. The best results come from doing the fundamentals consistently at a high level across every part of the customer journey: awareness, consideration, and conversion. It's not one tactic or platform. It's quality, volume, and consistency over time.
Who should NOT work with Aquathority?

This is not a fit if you believe simply increasing Facebook or Instagram ad spend will fix everything. It's not a fit if you think posting quick phone videos or running disconnected tactics will create market dominance. It's also not a fit if you don't value organization, tracking, and data. We work with companies that want to understand their numbers, improve their sales process, and make decisions based on reality, not hope. We don't book appointments directly for you. You need someone on your team (receptionist, coordinator, or sales admin) who can follow up with leads, answer questions, and be the final filter before an appointment hits the calendar. That's non-negotiable.
What level of commitment is required, and what do you expect from us?

The only required commitment is three months. After that, everything is month to month. We don't lock people into long contracts. We let results speak for themselves. What we expect from your team is simple: clear communication, willingness to share data, and openness about your sales process, margins, and goals. We don't work with anyone else in your market, so transparency benefits both sides. We work hard to make this easy on your team. At most, we'll need occasional input like short video recordings, feedback, or alignment calls. Most of the heavy lifting stays on our side.
Will this overwhelm my team, and what if we get too many appointments?

As far as workload goes, most of the heavy lifting stays on our side. We'll need occasional input but nothing that disrupts your operations. And if you're worried about getting too many appointments? That's a good problem. Growth requires capacity, and part of market leadership is being ready to handle increased demand. At this point, you should know whether this is the kind of partnership you want. If it is, come to the call ready to talk specifics. If it isn't, that's okay too. Either way, the decision should be clear.
Who We Are

Aquathority was founded by Natan and Brandon, two Tampa Bay locals who grew up around pools and saw the gaps in how they were sold.
Natan spent the last three years as Marketing Director at Pool Perfection, one of the most trusted builders in the region. But he didn’t learn marketing from textbooks. He learned it in the trenches running Facebook ads, Google campaigns, building landing pages, and tracking it all down to the dollar. Today, Pool Perfection builds 150+ pools a year and dominates its market.
Brandon also came from the pool world, working in design, sales, and marketing for builders and hardscapers across the U.S. A skilled videographer and creative, he understood how to capture attention. When he and Natan met, their talents clicked: data-backed strategy paired with conversion-driving storytelling: a perfect blend for builders ready to grow.
That’s our story. Let’s hear yours.
